Can we manage club attendance and event sign-ups?
Absolutely. Our centralized dashboard allows you to create events, manage schedules, and track real-time attendance for any school-sponsored club or activity.
Is student data secure?
Yes, we follow strict data privacy protocols to ensure that student information is protected and used only for educational purposes. We meet all the requirements for COPPA and FERPA in accordance with NY State Ed Law 2D.
Does PassportFolio replace paper forms?
Yes! Our goal is to make your process 100% paper-free. Once a supervisor "stamps" your entry digitally and it is approved by an administrator, it is considered a verified record.
What happens to student data after graduation?
Student own their data! After graduation, students can still view and use the entries and insights they created.
Does PassportFolio support integrations?
Yes, PassportFolio supports a variety of integrations that simplify rostering and platform onboarding. We are preferred partners with ClassLink and have direct integrations with SchoolTool, iSAMS, and Guru by EschoolData. We can connect with most other tools such as InfiniteCampus via the OneRoster API.
